You did an awesome work with this. Ponyville looks really creepy and Rainbow Dash looks just too innocent. You wanted to do a movie cover, right?
Vision: You seem to watch horror movies, right? This looks creepy in all senses, but at the same time it looks cute.
Originality: A Rainbow Dash in a box, that's original, specially if you add a spooky background (and you make filly Pinkie Pie dance all over the scenary singing "Giggle at the ghostly") that transforms a cute image into an awsome and scary wallpaper.
Technique: I don't know how you did that BG, but it looks kind of difficcult.
Impact: It made me feel scared (well, not really) and made me think "How cute" at the same time. Great work.

the first fic i ever read that made me love the show and now it's becoming a movie best year of my life no matter how much she changes or acts like in the show she will always be a number one fav and coming in second luna and 3rd fluttershy
