Nice work with Nurse Redheart. a tad more white than my eyes would like, but I like the shading work. The font in the text is nice and striking for the background, too. I'm curious as to why so much of Nurse Redheart is blocked from view, but it's not very distracting. I think the contrast between the light near her and the edge could be a bit larger (make the edges a bit darker shade of red). There also appears to be a bit of perspective issue with her eyes; either, from her perspective, her right eye is not turned far enough to the viewer's right, or her left eye is turned to far to the viewer's right.
Still, I love this background, and it doesn't need any major improvements aside from the eye perspective. Very impressive.
