First look at this makes a real impact on me, the placement of the hexagons (and lack of) is well done, and the text font fits in well also. The very soft vignette at the corners adds a nice subtle border to the work as well, whilst not overpowering. I see many works with a vignette too strong, and that can take away from the picture, unless that is the desired effect; so good work with that. I also really liked the way you have composed the background with the grit and smaller hexagons to complement the theme of the larger ones.
Now with the improvements. I would firstly say that the main hexagons need to be darkened just a little to allow the background some notice, as the main attention is on the town centre building, and that can be distracting when looking at the background (on the right). Also just a minor pick, the picture of Ponyville needs some sort of gritty filter over it as the lines are too defined and don't match with the background behind away from the hexagons.
Overall I really love this work, and you have done a fantastic job with it.
Not bad, not worse either. I see that it looks very futuristic despite the My Little Pony: FiM world taking place at the early 20th century. The color, the lighting, the honeycomb structure and the light TV static I see here did make this thing look epic. I can barely see anything that concerns me here, except for not making your own Ponyville background and several parts of it that looked too bright and too dark. I think some extra lighting and shadowing will help ease the problem.
Overall, Vision is very good, Originality is good, Technique is very good, Impact is excellent, Overall everything is very good. May God bless you in the future so you can create more of these.
If I didn't know any better, I'd say you had doubled my wallpaper count (I use a slideshow).
Since I do know better, I can safely say you have TRIPLED my wallpaper count. I've just been cherry-picking my favorites, and I already had a high amount of wallpapers. That was quite an achievement.
